How do I create a candidate account?

You can sign up as a candidate directly from the Tyrogen homepage. Simply provide your basic details, confirm your email address and follow the prompts to complete your profile.


How does the CV builder work?

The Tyrogen CV builder guides you through adding your experience, education, skills and other relevant information. You can edit your CV at any time and use it to apply for roles directly through the platform.


How do I apply for jobs on Tyrogen?

Once you have created a candidate account and completed your profile, you can browse available roles, review the job details and click “Apply” to submit your application. In some cases you may be asked to complete short assessments as part of the application process.


Can employers see my profile and CV?

Employers and recruiters can see your profile and CV when you apply for their roles, and may also be able to discover your profile where you have given appropriate permission. You can control what information you share in your account settings.

How do employers and recruiters use Tyrogen?

Employers and recruiters can create an employer account, post roles, review incoming applications, search for candidates and use Tyrogen’s tools to screen and assess applicants.


Can I manage multiple roles and candidates in Tyrogen?

Yes. You can manage multiple roles, track applicants at different stages and keep notes or feedback on candidates directly in the platform.


Assessments & Matching
Does Tyrogen include assessments or matching tools?

Tyrogen can provide assessments and matching features to help identify how well a candidate fits a particular role or career path. Any assessments you are asked to complete will be clearly shown during the application or profiling process.


Why do some assessments require webcam, microphone, or screen sharing?

Some assessments are delivered in a proctored or invigilated format to help protect the integrity of results. In those cases, Tyrogen may ask you to enable webcam, microphone and screen sharing so the session can be monitored and potential misconduct can be investigated.


What happens if I don’t allow the required permissions during a proctored assessment?

If an assessment requires invigilation, you may not be able to start or complete it without granting the required permissions. If you have concerns, please contact support before the assessment.


Do you use third parties for invigilation or identity checks?

Tyrogen may use third-party providers to support proctoring/invigilation (for example real-time audio/video and screen sharing) and identity verification. Details are explained in the Privacy Policy.

How do I reset my password or update my details?

If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot password” link on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address. You can update your personal details and profile information from within your account once you are logged in.


How secure is Tyrogen?

Pricing & Billing
Do I have to pay to use Tyrogen?

Candidates can typically use core Tyrogen features for free to create a profile, build a CV and apply for roles. Certain employer and recruiter features may be offered on a paid basis. Details of any charges will be clearly communicated before you commit to a paid service.


What payment methods do you accept for paid services?

We accept major debit/credit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and process payments securely via Stripe. Specific payment methods and billing terms will be shown at checkout.


When will I be charged?

You'll be charged immediately when you subscribe. If you choose a recurring plan, your subscription will renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.


Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.


Do you offer free access for students or unemployed users?

Yes. Eligible students and unemployed users can request free Premium access. Contact support with relevant documentation and we'll help you get set up.


What is your refund policy?

If you cancel within 48 hours of your initial charge, you will receive a full refund. After that, you retain access until the end of your billing period.
